Please advise if you have: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, If you are taking blood thinners and bruise easily, you might see bruising from using the bed (Coumadin, Warfarin, Heparin, Lovenox, Arixtra).
Do NOT use if; You are under eighteen (18) years of age (16 with parental permission), You have a cardiac pacemaker or ICD, You have had surgery within the last six (6) months, You are pregnant, Your bodyweight exceeds the manufacturer’s limit of 300 lbs., You have fused discs or implanted scoliosis rods, You have phlebitis, blood clots or a malignant tumor, You have any type of metallic implant or hip replacement, You have diagnosed SEVERE osteoporosis, Individuals with skin disorders, such as heat rash, photo allergic dermatitis, prickly heat or excessive allergy should consult a physician before using this product as the Heat from the bed could exaggerate these conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE MASSAGE ENERGY THERMAL MASSAGE BED
User understands that use of the Migun thermal beds (“product”) is at his/her own risk. If a user’s manual is not attached to the product, users should immediately request a copy from the vendor where the product is located prior to any use.
Caution: persons under 18 years old under medical treatment or medication of any kind must consult with his/her physician prior to using this product. Additionally, persons with medical conditions or sensitivities with heart, respiratory, skin, bone, nervous system, and prosthetic or artificial limbs must not use the product. Users must monitor the heat levels and mechanical operations of the products since skin burns or other serious injuries may occur.
Intended Use: The intended use of the product is to provide muscle relaxation therapy by delivering heat and soothing massage. The infrared lamps included in the product provide topical heating for temporary relief of minor joint pain associated with arthritis, temporary increase in local circulation where applied, and relaxation of muscles. Unless prescribed or directed under the supervision of the user’s physician, the product is not intended to be used for medical treatment of any disease or condition.

USER agrees to waive all claims and rights to sue (including his/her right to a jury trial) the covered entities in the event of a personal injury or economic loss arising from the use of the product including consequential or incidental damages. in the event that this waiver is unenforceable, user agrees to immediately call “911” for emergency medical attention in the event of injury and to limit the liability of the covered entities to the cost of paramedic or ambulance transportation and initial emergency room diagnosis and treatment.
